MATRIX M203 GENADE LAUCHER
66Matrix new short version M203
If you are familiar with the SOPMOD upgrades and add on's, you will have noticed the change of the M203 12 inch version that has been down sized to a 9 inch version. I have bought two of these and of course made them my own based on my experience in the Marines. One I attached to a rear wired JG CQBR. All I needed to do was buy a JG add on barrel making the barrel length an M4 again. Then quite simply attached the M203 to the gun by way of the mount provided. This M203 unit comes with 3 mounts. The first being a rail mount which in my opinion is difficult to mount at best. It leaves the trigger guard of the unit too low and will not attach to the magazine well. The second mount is for barrels with roll pins that protrude from the barrel at the slip ring. The third is for all other barrels and has a round protrusion that actually engages the inside the slip ring and stops the side to side movement of the unit. This also causes the trigger guard to engage the magazine well perfectly. The unit has a mere 9 inch barrel just as the real one. The grenades used are boundless as they are 40mm. I use the King Arms 120 BB version. These hold alot of gas and will shoot 120 BB's at 350 + FPS. The other M203 unit is on one of my Daniel Defense M4's. These M203 units hold a very good pattern and put the main volume of BB's where you want them. The unit will break down just as the real steel counter part. The great deal on these is they are full metal and only cost $75.00. Much less than Classic Army or other so called high end units.
